As Yoga contains so many positive factors and a lot of them can be useful in Bachata. So let‘s give it a try and see what it is going to do with us You haven‘t tried Yoga before? No Problem, also beginnend can participate. You are a Yoga Pro? That‘s nice, you can focus even more on your body and how it feels to you. Is it for everybody? Yes! Especially men are very welcome, as usually more women participate in Yoga courses than men. But believe me, you would need it Event more, especially regarding mobility & connection.
