Join other like-minded volunteers to help protect and restore Brisbane's unique biodiversity through our Habitat Brisbane program.Whatever your skill level and motivation, joining your local Habitat Brisbane group is a great way to connect to nature and be active and healthy, all while meeting new people, developing new skills and making a difference to your local environment. With 160 groups across the city there's bound to be one near you!Habitat Brisbane volunteers undertake a variety of activities including: managing environmental weeds revegetating with local native plants creating habitat for native wildlife citizen science projects.The Brighton Wetlands Bushcare Group generally meet the on third Sunday of the month 8.30-10.30am.Location: Goodenia Reserve, 93 Massie Street, Brighton.

Our Messy Play sessions are all about hands-on fun and sensory exploration using taste-safe, food-based materials.We create a welcoming space for all ages, with a dedicated baby zone for 6-18 months, a toddler zone for busy little movers, and during school holidays we also welcome over 5sto join in the fun. These sessions encourage curiosity, creativity, and confidence through play - all in a relaxed, family-friendly environment.Sibling rates and under 20 months are discounted. Play passes are available - 10 play sessions for purchase at a low rate.
