#1 DADS

Venue: MOJO'S BAR Available dates and ticket links: - 28 Nov 2026, 8:30 pm: https://www.moshtix.com.au/v2/event/-1-dads/198555 The quiet achiever; The record holder; The cult favourite; The #1 Dad Hello, come and join me for my very first Australian shows as #1 Dads in six years. May it be merry and the first of many more. Much love x #1D #1 Dads is the solo project of Tom Iansek, a valuable, proudly independent fixture of the Australian music scene for over two decades as one half of the multi-award-winning Big Scary and No Mono, and an in-demand producer (Maple Glider, Kate Miller-Heidke, The Paper Kites, Ruby Gill, Lisa Mitchell, and more). Animated by intimate, understated arrangements and lyrical honesty, #1 Dads is a perfect introduction to Iansek’s sonic authenticity and rich, rewarding music. His gentle melodies and less-is-more production make for homely yet sophisticated pop songs that have seen the Australian-born, London-based artist become an unassuming cult favourite, beloved with fans and critics alike. Debuting as #1 Dads with 2011’s Man of Leisure, Iansek further showcased his sincere, quietly innovative songcraft with 2014’s ARIA-nominated About Face and 2020’s Golden Repair. Born of a period of dramatic upheaval, Every Little Fire is the Melbourne-bred, London-based artist’s most deeply personal record. Every Little Fire, the fourth #1 Dads album, due October 16 via Pieater. PRE-SAVE EVERY LITTLE FIRE HERE. https://1dads.lnk.to/EveryLittleFire The record arrives six years after 2020's Golden Repair and follows a period of profound personal upheaval - a transatlantic relocation, a growing family, the particular vertigo of dismantling one life and building another from scratch. "It was not an easy thing to do," Iansek says. "It has been an insane, wonderful, chaotic, intense and joyful period of my life." Every Little Fire, in both title and execution, takes that turbulence seriously. Produced and mixed by Iansek himself... Source: Ticketmaster.

Epicure - Evenings In Honduras (album launch)

Venue: MOJO'S BAR Available dates and ticket links: - 17 Oct 2026, 8:00 pm: https://www.moshtix.com.au/v2/event/epicure-evenings-in-honduras-album-launch-/198310 unveiling a brand new national tour alongside details of their forthcoming studio album Evenings In Honduras - their first full-length release in almost twenty years. From 1996–2010, Epicure carved out a singular place in Australian music, releasing four acclaimed studio albums, selling out headline shows nationwide, and touring alongside artists including Powderfinger, Silverchair, John Butler Trio, Gomez, Live and Train. A staple of the Australian festival circuit throughout the early 2000s, the band’s breakthrough album The Goodbye Girl became a defining release of the era, producing three entries in the Triple J Hottest 100 across 2003 and 2004. Their signature anthem Armies Against Me reached the ARIA Top 100 Singles Chart and landed at #21 in the 2003 Hottest 100 countdown, while 2005 single Tightrope Walker added a fourth entry to the band’s Hottest 100 legacy. After quietly disbanding in 2010 following a farewell national tour, Epicure briefly reunited in 2015 for two sold out Victorian performances. Now, more than a decade later, the band return with renewed purpose and an entirely new body of work. The first taste of the new era arrived with Is There Any Way Out Now? Driven by thunderous guitars, urgent rhythms and a haunting refrain, the single captures the emotional weight and intensity that made Epicure one of Australia’s most distinctive rock bands. The song was immediately added to high rotation on Double J radio. The forthcoming album Evenings In Honduras will be released August 21, 2026. Rowena Wise - Bad Things Feel Good* Album Tour (Solo)

Venue: MOJO'S BAR Available dates and ticket links: - 20 Nov 2026, 8:00 pm: https://www.moshtix.com.au/v2/event/rowena-wise-bad-things-feel-good-album-tour-solo-/196874 ROWENA WISE in Fremantle - Bad Things Feel Good* Album Launch (solo show) Presented by Double J, Beloved Records & Remote Control Records: Rowena Wise brings her sophomore album Bad Things Feel Good * to Mojos in Fremantle this November - just her, a guitar, and a tender, point-blank look at the pain of transformation and what it means to be flesh and blood. Written over two years of near-constant touring and recorded live over three days at The Ratshack in Collingwood with producer Rob Muinos (Julia Jacklin, Didirri), the album traces heartbreak, estrangement, and the knottier growing pains of adulthood through candid poetic lyricism. Stripped back solo, these songs lay bare the quiet devastation at the heart of the record - the knowing and the unknowing, the harm and the pleasure, the tenderness and the damage that can exist in the same breath. In a room like Mojos, that kind of honesty hits differently. Since debuting in 2018, she has amassed over 10 million streams, earned airplay across triple j , Double j and Unearthed , and toured extensively across Australia, the UK, Europe, the USA and Canada, supporting artists including Holy Holy, Ball Park Music, Bernard Fanning and Paul Dempsey . Her 2024 debut album, Senseless Acts of Beauty , was praised by CLASH Magazine as “ carefully etched indie folk ” and shortlisted for the Australian Music Prize . Her highly anticipated sophomore album, Bad Things Feel Good *, a tender, point-blank meditation on transformation, is out August 7, 2026 via Beloved Records. "Carefully etched indie folk" — CLASH Magazine "Fragrant introspection" — FLOOD Supported by Double J Source: Ticketmaster.

The Lazy Eyes - Cheesy Love Songs Tour

Venue: MOJO'S BAR Available dates and ticket links: - 3 Oct 2026, 8:00 pm: https://www.moshtix.com.au/v2/event/the-lazy-eyes-cheesy-love-songs-tour/196108 The Lazy Eyes return this September and October for a national Australian tour celebrating their highly anticipated second album Cheesy Love Songs, out 21 August. Alongside major capital city shows, the band will take this new era on the road with a run of regional dates, bringing their ever-evolving live show to audiences across the country. Cheesy Love Songs feels like a love letter to the classic pop form; breezy and effortless on the surface, but the result of a deliberate and hard-won creative process. Arriving four years after their debut, the album sees the Sydney four-piece refine their sound into something both ornate and carefree, showcasing some of Australia’s most compelling young songwriters and performers. Inspired by the minimalist approach of producers like Rick Rubin, the band allowed the songs to shine without excess, drawing from a lineage that includes Sparklehorse, Amy Winehouse and The Beach Boys. Renowned for their immersive and dynamic live shows, The Lazy Eyes will bring Cheesy Love Songs to life alongside fan favourites such as Fuzz Jam and Where's My Brain??? that have already amassed millions of streams worldwide. After selling out headline shows across Australia, the UK and US, the band is now moving into larger rooms, delivering their most ambitious tour yet. This tour marks a defining moment: a chance to experience a band returning to basics, rediscovering their identity, and emerging stronger than ever. Source: Ticketmaster.
