A slower version of the game, it`s still netball, but played at a walking pace. The game has been designed so that anyone can play it, regardless of fitness level and sessions are taken by a trained activator. Don’t worry if you have forgotten the rules, as they will be able to help you on your way to getting back into the sport you love.

Stretch & Mobility is a class with the simple aim of encouraging people to stretch correctly in a fun and fulfilling way! Flexibility training is often neglected- this can cause tightened muscles, discomfort and a higher risk of injury. It is designed to lengthen and strengthen the whole body. This is a gym induction designed specifically for our younger gym users, helping them to use our gym equipment safely, as well as to get the most out of their workout. Obviously, younger gym users have different bodies when compared with adults and are still developing and therefore need to be more careful so as not to injure themselves. That’s why we have developed a gym induction specifically for 11-15 year-olds.
