Park Yoga at QE Country Park
Dates: - Sun, 23 Aug 2026, 9:15–10:45 Come along to try out park yoga at QE Country park. The yoga session is free, pay for parking (please try to car share as much as possible). The yoga will be in the visitor centre if it's raining and in the bottom field if it's sunny. Closest car park is Meadow Car Park. Look out for the park yoga flag. Please bring a mat or towel.
