LocFeed is a community platform that allows users to:

• create and follow local areas of interest
• publish posts, events, and community groups
• upload content and media
• communicate with other users
• receive notifications about local activity

LocFeed is intended to help people engage with their local communities.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use LocFeed.

By using the platform, you confirm that:

• you are legally permitted to use the service
• the information you provide is accurate
• you are responsible for activity under your account

3. User Content

You are solely responsible for content you post, upload, send, or share through LocFeed.

This includes:

• posts
• comments
• messages
• profile information
• uploaded images, videos, or files

You agree not to publish or share content that:

• is unlawful
• is abusive, threatening, defamatory, or harassing
• promotes violence or discrimination
• infringes copyright or intellectual property rights
• contains spam, scams, or misleading information
• contains malicious software or harmful code

LocFeed reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts at its discretion.

4. Community Interactions

Users interact with each other at their own risk.

LocFeed does not verify user identities and is not responsible for:

• user conduct
• accuracy of user-generated content
• events or meetings organized by users
• disputes between users

Please use common sense and appropriate caution when interacting with others.

5. Direct Messaging

LocFeed may provide direct messaging features between users.

You agree not to use messaging features for:

• harassment
• spam
• unlawful activity
• abusive conduct

LocFeed may investigate abuse reports and take action including content removal or account suspension.

6. Uploaded Content

You retain ownership of content you upload.

By uploading content to LocFeed, you grant LocFeed a non-exclusive license to store, display, and distribute that content within the platform for the purpose of operating the service.

You confirm that you have the rights necessary to upload and share your content.

7. Privacy

LocFeed stores account information, location preferences, uploaded content, and communication data in order to provide the service.

8. Child Safety Standards

LocFeed strictly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), and any content or activity that sexually exploits, abuses, endangers, or sexualizes children.

Prohibited content and conduct includes, but is not limited to:

• CSAM or any depiction of child sexual abuse
• child grooming or attempts to exploit a child
• sexualized content involving minors
• requests to create, share, buy, sell, or distribute CSAM
• links, instructions, or coordination related to child sexual abuse or exploitation

Users can report posts, comments, messages, or other concerns through LocFeed's in-app reporting features and/or directly via support@locfeed.com.

When LocFeed becomes aware of content or activity that violates these standards, we may remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, and preserve relevant information where appropriate. Where required by law, confirmed CSAM or child safety incidents may be reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC), law enforcement, or the relevant regional authority.

9. Availability of Service

LocFeed is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee:

• uninterrupted availability
• error-free operation
• permanent availability of content
• compatibility with all devices or browsers

Features may change or be removed at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LocFeed and its operators are not liable for:

• user-generated content
• loss of data
• indirect or consequential damages
• damages arising from interactions between users
• service interruptions

Your use of the platform is at your own risk.

11. Account Suspension or Termination

LocFeed may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• violate these Terms
• abuse the platform
• create security or legal risks
• engage in spam or harmful activity

Users may stop using the platform at any time.

12. Changes to These Terms

LocFeed may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
