Syyskuussa Jazz Jkl Collectiven laulusolistina loistaa sielukkaan tummaääninen Nina Mya. Ihon alle menevistä tulkinnoistaan ja tyylipuhtaasta taituruudesta kiitelty laulaja on koostanut illan ohjelmiston hänelle tärkeimpien naisäänten musiikista ja tarinoista.
Nina Mya tuo Jazz Jkl Collectiven solistivieraana uuden kulman jazzlauluun.
Jyväskyläläinen Jazz Jkl Collective on vuonna 2018 perustettu, eri ikäpolvia yhdistävä jazzkvartetti, jossa soittavat Suomen jazzkentän aktiivisimpiin kuuluva kitaristi Tuomas Paukku, Grammy-palkittu pianovirtuoosi Marian Petrescu, pitkän linjan luottobasisti Petri Jaakonaho ja uuden jazzsukupolven kiinnostavimpiin lahjakkuuksiin kuuluva rumpali Kasper Halttunen. Yhtyeen isännöimät klubit ovat osa Jazz Jkl ry:n laajaa tapahtumatoimintaa, ja niillä kuullaan teemoilt...

Weekend retreat, the focus of which is the stabilization of the nervous system and the clarification of intuition and the voice of the heart
We do not hear the voice of intuition and the guidance of the heart when we live in a chronically stressful state, in constant hurry or under excessive stress.
The voice of the heart is a sensitive message, which is heard and clearly distinguished only when we are neurologically secure enough and we have both the space to listen and the ability to interpret the messages of our body correctly.
With the stabilization of the nervous system and the increase in internal security, our inner world begins to become clearer. Then we can distinguish the authentic intuitive knowledge from the stories of fear and old survival mechanisms.
The retreat program is built to support this process.
We start by returning to the body and presence. Thereafter, we open understanding of the laws of the nervous system - why the state of the body and nervous system affects intuition and thinking so deeply.
Thereafter, our journey continues to the heart: we practice how to clearly hear our own inner wisdom and what our body is truly asking of us, without it being mixed with the fear-tinged stories of the mind.
During the weekend, we will explore:
- What happens when there is space for listening and hearing oneself
- How to distinguish intuition from the fear-tinged old stories
- How one's own discernment is strengthened, clarified and deepened
- How the body tells what is true and right for you
On this retreat, yo...

The day trip will take you to the southeastern part of South Konnevesi. The area is a sheltered, labyrinthine archipelago with the most rugged rocky shores and narrowest straits in the national park. There is certainly plenty to see and experience for everyone from beginners to experienced paddlers. South Konnevesi also has the strongest osprey population in Central Finland and plenty of their nests. The canoeing trip will include a long snack break on a deserted island.
Difficulty level of the kayaking trip:
Easy, also suitable for less experienced kayakers. The speed of the kayaking trip is adjusted according to the experience of paddlers and weather condition. Participants must be able to swim. Persons under 18 years of age may participate in kayaking only with a guardian or with written permission.
Duration:
The duration of the kayaking trip is 4 hours 30 minutes -5 hours and the kayaking distance is approximately 12 km.
Safety:
If weather conditions (wind speed over 8 m/s) do not allow for a safe kayaking trip, we reserve the right to modify and, if necessary, shorten the trip program or change the trip date. The trip starts at dusk. We equip ourselves with lights and headlamps and set off paddling towards the moon bridge. Before the moon appears, we see the sunset. We get to admire the magic of the full moon and paddle in the moonlight. If the weather is cloudy during the trip, we paddle in the glow of headlamps and deck lights for an atmospheric September evening. The trip is suitable for both beginners and more experienced paddlers.
