## ❓ What Are We Doing?
We're back for regular volunteering session with Acton Junior parkrun. Come and cheer on the young runners to get them fired up and charging around the 2km course.
It's great motivation to get up and active on a Sunday morning and we get to help others do the same. The key skills you'll need are cheering, clapping and giving encouragement!

## 📨 How to volunteer?
1. Check which roles still need filling here. Click on the role you're interested in to find out what's involved
2. Email **actonjuniors@parkrun.com** using the template below to let them know the date and role that you want to volunteer for
3. Sign up on the GoodGym website
4. Get a parkrun volunteer credit **AND** a GoodGym good deed after you've attended!
