Welcome to the Instant Creation sessions by Tsone Helsinki!
For each of the four events, 3 - 4 dancers and a DJ have been selected through an open call.
During the instant creation sessions, the audience can participate by writing or drawing verbal or visual clues. The performers will then use these clues to create short improvised performances. The DJ will select the music to reflect the clues as well.
Each session will start by the dancers presenting themselves one by one to a song they have chosen. After this, we will move on to the audience's clues. Each dancer will get a solo clue first. After that it's duets, and then the whole group. In the final round, audience members are allowed to join the performance.
After the performances, there will be a short discussion: the audience members can ask questions and the performers get to share their thoughts on the experience.
The sessions always end to a party: the DJ will play music and the dance floor is open for everybody.

The events are outdoors and they are free of charge! The audience can come and go freely. Please note that if it is raining or stormy, the dates will be moved.
