Workshop Create Your Chocolate Bar

Put on your apron and your hat and come with us to discover the backstage of the Geneva artisanal chocolate factory through this one-hour workshop composed of: \- an introduction to the history of chocolate \- tasting of the best pralines and ganaches from the hundred-year-old La Bonbonnière chocolate factory \- a practice during which you will learn how to create your tablet step by step. All in a friendly atmosphere and an air-conditioned room.
