Gorey hosts its first whiskey festival on Friday 6 and Saturday 7 November 2026, a relaxed, multi-venue celebration of Irish whiskey in the heart of the town. Presented by Gorey Whiskey Club, the weekend opens with a Friday evening club dinner and continues with a full Saturday programme of guided tastings and a whiskey-based cocktail event. Sessions run across Amber Springs Hotel, Browne's Lounge, Katie Daly's Bar and Paddy Blues Pub, all within walking distance of each other. The programme features J.J. Corry, Killowen, Powerscourt, Boann, Two Stacks, Teeling and Echlinville. Each session is ticketed separately, so visitors can choose one event or build their own festival weekend. Strictly for guests aged 18 and over.
