Accessing funding is one of the biggest bottlenecks for entrepreneurs in Finland — funding instruments are limited, match-funding requirements are often demanding, and competition for available funding is high. Founder Forward is Business Helsinki's monthly gathering for international entrepreneurs and founding teams ready to take the next step — building their businesses sustainably through structured learning, peer support, networks, and practical tools.
This fall's first workshop focuses on crowdfunding as an alternative : how to plan and run a successful crowdfunding campaign, and what to handle yourself versus what to delegate.
This workshop is for you, if you want to:
Raise money to cover for your part of the match-funding amount required for funding
Show traction to investors
Build a customer base for your product or service
Fund the development of your proof of concept
Find the right people to support you and work with you
