Join us for an afternoon of making art! Create an artwork to honor a special time spent with family or friends, inspired by images of family togetherness by artists including Romare Bearden, Mary Cassatt and Suzuki Harunobu during this self-guided open studio program designed in partnership with the Art Institute of Chicago and our Artist's Studio in the Library program. We will also be making paper cranes to help reach our goal of 1,000 origami cranes to be displayed in the library. All materials are provided. For kids 6 to 13.
