Founded in 1828, the Brisbane City Botanic Gardens, with its many rare and unusual plants, has flourished as a site of cultural and botanical prominence.The National Trust Register of Significant Trees has listed 37 trees of National, State or Regional importance in these gardens. Come view some of these beautiful trees and explore what makes them so significant.Requirements: Please wear a hat, enclosed walking shoes, and be sure to bring a water bottle and sunscreen.Meeting point: Meet at the Information Kiosk (next to the Queensland University of Technology's Main Drive pathway).
