Welcome to GoodGym Bexley!
We're a friendly and sociable group who combine exercise with helping out in the local community. We meet every Wednesday evening to get active and do a physical task to help community organisations and charities in our area.
This session is ideal if you are new to GoodGym or just getting started with running, as it's a short distance there and back. Prefer to walk there? No problem, we can have a walking group to get there too. Nervous about coming on your own for the first time? Why not invite a friend to come along with you.
**The task**
The area around Welling Library always attracts litter, and the weeds along the paths have grown back since our last visit. So it's time to go back and do our thing - picking up the rubbish and blitzing those weeds.
Equipment is provided but please bring gardening gloves if you have them 🧤. It's an outdoor session so dress for the weather.

For anyone who wants to get there as part of a group run or walk we're offering a choice of two starting points. No matter what your speed, at GoodGym no-one is left behind. Choose from:
