🧭 Explorers wanted! 🥾 Clear a path for the rangers 🌿 Afternoon session at Grove Farm

Friends of Grove Farm have a lot of conservation work to do at **Grove Farm Nature Reserve** in the summer months. They don’t always have enough volunteers to help preserve this hidden urban gem, which provides a biodiverse natural space in North Greenford.

✔️ **What is the task?**

•Clearing a path for the rangers to reach Japanese knotweed

📍 **Where will we meet?**

•The roundabout next to David Lloyd Sudbury Hill, Greenford Rd, Greenford UB6 0HX, United Kingdom.

🧤 **What to bring?**

•Gardening gloves if you have them 🧤

•Thick clothes to protect your arms and legs from thorns 🧥

•Shoes that you don't mind getting muddy 🥾

❓ **What to expect?**

•Trip hazards: uneven ground, roots, branches and brambles

•Paths that can be wet and muddy in the winter

•Thorns - brambles can scratch arms and legs

•Tools: loppers, shears, rakes & spades will be provided

We encourage you to **run, walk or cycle** to the task 🏃🏽🚶‍♀️🚴🏿‍♀️ (but there's also Piccadilly line at Sudbury Hill 🤫).
