Ready, set, roll into the new school year! We are pleased to offer our Touch-a-Truck event after a previous weather cancellation earlier this month. Enjoy a family-friendly event that allows children a hands-on opportunity to explore various Chicago trucks. Sponsored by Alderman Samantha Nugent . For ages 2 to 13. How to Attend Register by the start of the event. Chicago Public Library cannot collect personal information online from kids 0 to 13. A parent or guardian’s email address must be used to register. As a reminder, school email addresses may block external emails such as those from CPL. Please include only the number of children as attendees when you register.
