Soul Sabbatical: A Rest Retreat for the Culture is a community-centered wellness experience offering intentional space for holistic rest, reflection, and renewal. Hosted by Jessica Lá Rel & Pavielle Goldman, this outdoor gathering at Ellis Park Terrace in Bronzeville features gentle movement and yoga, sound baths, meditative music, guided journaling, and live acoustic performance.
