Step away from the noise and distractions of everyday life and immerse yourself in reading at WeeGee Reads: Reading Retreat at EMMA.
At the beginning of the event, you can choose to introduce the book you’re currently reading in a small group. After that, we’ll spend time reading together in silence. At the end, there will be an opportunity to discuss your book with other participants.
The event is hosted by librarian Linnea Peurakoski, who creates cultural content on social media under the name @kujerruksia .
Bring a book you’d like to read. Coffee and tea will be served.
The event is limited to 30 readers. Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
