This year, ASL is delighted to welcome the Hydromondes collective and its exhibition _**Léman être vivant**_ to Espace Léman.
**About the exhibition**
Lake Geneva and its waters support the lives of around one million people every day (and several million more downstream). Situated at the intersection of multiple divides—hydrological, historical, geological, cultural, and more—Lake Geneva is a truly unique aquatic body. By listening to the lake and paying attention to its wisdom and its challenges, the entire Lake Geneva region is brought into a new perspective.
This exhibition presents the results of a two-year interdisciplinary field investigation. Through dialogue with local residents and people working in and around water-related issues, a collection of visual and narrative works has been created. These works offer proposals and experiments for taking stock of the state of the region’s waters and collectively imagining their possible futures.
