This workshop includes topics such as:
What is a hidden job?
Where can you find hidden job opportunities?
How should you approach employers?
The workshop provides you with new perspectives and ideas for your job search, helping you open up new pathways to move forward. The workshop is highly practical, and you will get the chance to actively search for hidden job opportunities yourself.
Prepare for the workshop by thinking in advance about 1–2 workplaces/employers where you would like to work. These should be opportunities that are not currently advertised in any job search channels.
You will also need your email login details and passwords, especially if you use a loaned computer at the workshop. You can also bring your own laptop.
To participate in this workshop, you need to:

be a resident of Helsinki
Requirements for participation:
You must have sufficient language skills to communicate with the instructor and other participants without an interpreter or assistant.
You must have basic digital skills so that you can use a computer independently.
