Gourds 101 - featuring Rona Thornton

Join Rona Thornton of the Texas Gourd Society in this fun and unique art medium. We will stick to basics for this class and you will create your own masterpiece. You will choose a gourd, have access to paints and supplies and tools, and guidance to elevate your creativeness. You’ll learn about the global history of gourds, growing gourds in your garden, other decorative finishes, and even a show and tell of Rona's personal and worldwide collection. Limited to the first 25 attendees.This program is for adults 18+ only please.
