Meet other writers, write to prompts to generate new life stories, explore the themes of Samhain & Celtic culture, share your stories, receive feedback from Lara and together as a group, polish your favourite story of the week and leave with a finished story and many in the making. Explore writing using Irish words drawn from the beauty surrounding the castle. Literary presentation by historian-in-residence Daniel Eglinton-Carey Walks to Aideen’s Grave & Howth fishing piers. Final night: Hooks & Reels – evening of story & song at Howth Castle. October 31st 7-9.30pm. Chosen writers will present at the event. Part of Fingal's Ireland Home of Halloween.
