Presenter Esther Monaghan, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor at Pure Health Center, will discuss practical, evidence-based strategies for parenting children ages 5–11 through big emotions and everyday challenges. Parents will gain tools to respond effectively during emotional moments, foster resilience, and create an environment that supports growth and connection.
