The much-requested Ukulele Beginners’ Course is coming to Iso Omena Library!
Would you like to learn to play the ukulele? Now’s your chance – join us for a relaxed and encouraging introduction to the instrument!
The course is aimed at adults and young people aged 12 and over, and no previous musical experience is required. Together, we’ll learn the basics of ukulele playing: playing position, essential chords, and strumming techniques. We’ll play familiar songs in both Finnish and English.
Ukuleles are available to borrow from the library for the duration of the lesson. You can also bring your own ukulele if you have one.
Come along and discover the joy of playing ukulele – everyone can learn to play!
Thursdays 10 September–26 November, 5–6 pm
Please note: No class on 15 October (autumn holiday).
Instruction in Finnish and English.
No advance registration is required, and participation is free of charge.
