Each One Teach One is a multidisciplinary hip hop project intended for young people in which we reflect on how we communicate and share our emotions, such as through dance, graffiti and music.
On the first day of the two-day Each One Teach One project, participants attend workshops and on the second day, they create a performance.
Day one
9:00–10:30: Workshops
10:30–12:00: Workshops
12:00–13:00: Lunch break (note: participants bring their own lunches)
13:00–14:30: Workshops
Day Two
10:00–12:00: Creating the performance together
12:00–14:00: Lunch break & performance preparation
14:00–14:30: Performance
In the workshops, participants learn about the different art forms and tasks that make up a performance. Dance workshops include practice for the dance tasks used in the performance, graffiti workshops include planning of the work being created for the performance, and the workshop participants may possibly be involved in creating it. Participants in the workshops can therefore present their works as part of the performance, if they wish. You can participate in the workshops even if you don't want to be on stage.
The Each One Teach One performance is location specific. It is made up of several scenes that take place in different places in the space. The audience follows the performers and the mobile sound source as the venue changes.
