And so it is that time of the year again, when thousands of lights are lit, and the Christmas tree stands on the floor, and the Jyväskylä Symphony also tunes in to the Christmas atmosphere with a colorful and sparkling Christmas concert!
It is hard to imagine a better guide to the world of the Christmas miracle and the lures of Finnish and Central European Christmas carols than the long-time favorite of Jyväskylä residents, the charismatic Marjukka Tepponen, and the young musical phenomenon Maximilian Fagerlund, together with concert master Elias Lassfolk, scoops the brightest gems of the classics from Vivaldi to Tchaikovsky into the gift bag.
