The tournament is open to everyone, regardless of age, gender, or skill level. The tournament brings together over 1,500 players from more than 20 countries!
Did you know that there is an actual World Championship in Mölkky?
In August 2026, teams from Japan, France, the USA, and many other countries will arrive in Helsinki to challenge the Finns! Anyone can gather a team of four and register for the event.
The 21st annual Mölkky World Championships will be held at the massive cricket field of Käpylä Sports Park, where over 100 Mölkky courts will be set up for the duration of the tournament!
And best of all, anyone can participate! In addition to sports clubs, the tournament features teams from workplaces, families, and groups of friends.

Preliminary Schedule:
Friday morning and day: Group stage games for all teams
Friday evening: Nations Cup
Saturday: Group stage games for all teams and possible playoffs
Sunday: Playoffs and finals (A and B Cup)
The format requires four players from each team to participate in a single match/round at any time. Teams with more than four players will rotate their players for subsequent rounds.
Admission fee 120€ / team
