Join this special Bush Kindy for a fun interactive Kamishibai story about Pickles the Platypus, and enjoy nature-based play, craft, and exploration.Bush Kindy is for children aged 3-5 years, alongside their parents and carers. Be immersed in the natural surroundings of the reserve as children build nature confidence through bushwalks, exploration, story-time, art 'n' craft and much more.Bush Kindy can go for up to 45 minutes and themes vary each week.This activity is for the general public. If you are a daycare or vacation group interested in attending a similar activity, send an email.Booking requirements:Maximum 5 tickets as places are limited.A ratio of 1 adult per 4 children is required.All adults and children (including infants) must have a ticket.Please cancel via Eventbrite if you cannot attend.As this event is popular and places limited, late arrival tickets will be forfeited to make way for available attendees.Requirements on the day:Arrive minimum 10 minutes early to check in with staff at the centre.All children must be accompanied and directly supervised by an adult.Wear a hat, sun-safe clothing, fully enclosed walking shoes (no thongs or open shoes please), sunscreen, and bring insect repellent.Suitable old clothes recommended for messy play.Water and a snack if required, as there are no food outlets on site.Note: All outdoor events are subject to weather and environmental conditions and may be cancelled on the day.This is a PlatyMonth event
