On the excursion, you will get to participate in a guided dance retreat, where gentle movement is combined with wandering in nature. On the excursion, you can pause to connect with your own body and relationship with nature, awaken creativity together as a group, and find grounding experiences through movement and nature.
The theme of the excursion is stones, which playfully guide us into dance improvisation. The exercises are suitable for everyone, and no previous dance experience is needed. The duration of the excursion is 2 hours.
The excursion is led by dance artist Anni Koivusalo and nature guide Satu Riipinen.
Please arrive at the starting point of the route well in advance, preferably at least 5 minutes before the start of the excursion.
