Social run or walk with pub food

Dates:

We will have three groups doing approx 5/10/12 km at different speeds. Slowest will be around 7:30 min/km. If demand we may also have a walking group.

We will meet at the Stone Trough pub near Kirkham Abbey, Whitwell on the Hill
