The classes provide a wide range of practice in the basics of show dance and are suitable for anyone who is passionate about dance. The content of the classes includes, for example, various technical exercises, across the gym excerices, muscle training and stretching. In addition, the classes teach you how to feel the music and improvise in a relaxed atmosphere. In show dance classes, it is important to have fun and develop the dancers' courage to perform! Show dance groups get to perform, for example, in the club's shows.
