Wine Cellar Tour and Visit to the Abbey Library with Wine Tasting Immerse yourself in the more than 1,000-year history of the Einsiedeln Abbey Library. During the subsequent visit to the wine cellar, you’ll learn interesting facts about the history and present state of the abbey’s viticulture and the region’s winemaking tradition. The tour concludes with a tasting of two red and two white wines.
