Would you like to learn Finnish and get to know other parents? Would you like your child to learn new skills and get to know other children? Join our course!
The courses are intended for immigrant parents living in Espoo, who are on parental leave.
On our courses, we will start with the basics of the Finnish language. You do not need to know any Finnish.
On the course, you will learn also more about
working life
training and education
activities in Espoo that are suitable for you and your family.
Some of the courses include visits to interesting places.
While the parents are studying, their children will spend time in a club with early childhood education professionals. The children’s own club is intended for children aged 1–5 who do not participate in early childhood education.
For parents of children under 1 year old, we offer courses that you can participate in together with your baby.
Most of the courses are organized in Matinkylä or Espoon keskus.
The courses usually start in August-September and January-February. However, feel free to ask for more information about Finnish courses at other times as well!
