Dialogues
Jussi Ulkuniemi will lead a workshop related to his personal artistic practices and current work. Jussi works with themes emerging from queer intimacy through photography and performance art. During the course, participants will work with exercises connected to Glimmering, a piece that will premiere in 2027.
The exercises focus on experiential and dialogical performance work: channeling projections, emotions, movements, and expressions that arise through a shared gaze and the observation of another person. The workshop offers a framework for deeply intimate work, but it can also be approached in a lighter and more playful way, as an open-ended exploration of performance practice.
