Der Film bringt Homers mythische Heldensaga am 16. Juli 2026 auf die grosse Leinwand. Zur Besetzung von DIE ODYSSEE gehören Matt Damon ( Good Will Hunting ), Tom Holland ( Spider-Man: No Way Home ), Anne Hathaway ( Les Misérables ), Robert Pattinson ( Der Leuchtturm ) und Lupita Nyong’o ( 12 Years A Slave ). In weiteren Rollen sind Zendaya ( Dune ) und Charlize Theron ( Monster ) zu sehen. Produziert wurde der Film von Emma Thomas ( Inception ) und Christopher Nolan ( Oppenheimer, Dunkirk ) über ihre Produktionsfirma Syncopy. Als ausführender Produzent wirkte Thomas Hayslip ( The Dark Knight ) mit.
