Sound Bath & Deep Relaxation Take a break from the busyness of everyday life and immerse yourself in a deeply relaxing sound journey. Using Tibetan singing bowls and other soothing instruments, this session is designed to help calm the mind, release stress, and restore balance to the body. Simply lie down, close your eyes, and allow the healing vibrations to guide you into a state of deep relaxation. No previous experience is needed. Everyone is welcome. Everything you need will be provided, including a yoga mat. Just come as you are, wear comfortable clothing, and enjoy the experience.
