This quick core workout helps you build that core strength in manageable 30-minute sessions. Each manoeuvre can be adjusted to suit your own fitness level, making it flexible and easy to follow, while still challenging yourself. Virtual classes are great if you cant make it to the instructor-led sessions, or just want to give the class a trial run, without committing to an instructor-led course. The classes are played on big screens, with music and are led by those who have actually developed the classes.
