Join Rocio “Chio” Cabrera, a Mexican-American puppetry artist and community arts organizer, for this colorful, bilingual story time. Rocio uses puppets to teach about empathy, joy, and creativity throughout the Chicagoland area. For kids up to age 13. How to Attend Register by the start of the event.
