Summertime Slow Flow Series at McFetridge

Dates:

•Mon, Dec 21, 2026, 7:00 PM–8:00 PM

Class will consist of edge exercises that focus on deepening the skater’s knee and ankle flexion to skate deeper into the ice surface. Choreographed arms and bilateral body movements will be highlighted. Skater must be in Gamma or above.
