This tour is organized as part of the event “À la rencontre des In-visibles” (Meeting the Invisible)!
Based on a selection of objects from the permanent exhibition, this tour explores the diversity of cultural sensibilities towards death among the living. What are the different conceptions of death across continents? How is it approached and ritualized? What are the conceptions of death from yesterday to today? How do we “experience” death?
