Hula Hoop Aerobics

his creative and fun workout fuses high-energy dance aerobics with hula hoops! Hoops are available for loaning. Participants must bring waist belts (waist trainers). Participants must bring locks to lock up their bags. Center does not allow anyone to bring their bags to the dance room except; towel, water and phone.
