An unusual place to meet in: above our heads! Within the dizzying architecture of _Crescendo_, Lili Parson Piguet and Jeanne Pâris create an aerial dialogue between circus and music. Before our eyes, a connection emerges, shaped by momentum, imbalance, silence and attentive listening.
Working with hair suspension, Lili Parson Piguet explores the relationship between constraint and freedom, transforming pain, weight and gravity into a strikingly delicate aerial language. Opposite her, Jeanne Pâris weaves soundscapes in which guitar, voice and acoustic textures accompany movement without ever illustrating it. Each creates a space into which the other can venture.
Gradually, the structure of _Crescendo_ becomes refuge, instrument and playground all at once. A sensitive and poetic performance where trust and attentiveness give rise to the fragile beauty of unexpected encounters.
