Enjoy the rare opportunity to see the Nature Center in an early morning light. Join a NPV Staff member on a guided Power Walk in the great outdoors. This class combines a brisk walk with the mental and sensory benefits of the outdoors. Participants experience an energetic full-body workout featuring active posture and arm pumping, coupled with mindful pauses for breathing, stretching, and grounding in natural surroundings walk. Participants should wear comfortable shoes and clothing and bring water. This program is free but space is limited and registration is required.
