Verdi's massive Requiem Mass in Jyväskylä after a 30-year break. Jyväskylä Opera's music expert Eliisa Suni and chairman Jaana Tani discuss the work in music and words. On the eve of All Saints' Day, 29.10.2026, Jyväskylä will have the opportunity to hear the rarely performed Giuseppe Verdi's Requiem, performed in collaboration by Jyväskylä Symphony, Oulu Symphony and the Jyväskylä Opera Choir. In this exceptional Requiem Mass, a deeply human prayer is combined with awe-inspiring power.
