A fun healthy free event in London for you and your family with wellbeing sessions, children's activities, holistic market and services.
We are hosting this family friendly event to inspire you to enjoy wellbeing activtities with your children and to offer a fun free space during the summer holidays. We are a family focused and community collective who are hosting events to raise money to repair the roofs for families who were devastated by Hurricane Melissa (October 2025) in St. Elizabeth and Westmoreland in West Jamaica.
FREE ACTIVITIES AND SESSIONS
11.30pm -12.30pm Boxercise session for children and parents (with DN Fitness 247).
2pm-3pm Breathwork, Meditation.
From 2pm, childrens activties
5pm-7pm Family Fun Dance with DJ (to end our delight-full day)
All day wellbeing market ( with healthy foods, drinks, remedies and services)
