How do you know it's Christmas? Johanna Försti is a solo vocalist familiar from numerous groups and TV programmes. Together with her splendid four-strong orchestra, she will take the audience on a Christmas journey that will certainly not be lacking musical virtuosity, humour or a spiritual dimension. The evening's concert will feature Johanna Försti's adaptations of the best-known Finnish and English Christmas tunes. She will flow smoothly from Sibelius to Bing Crosby and from Karl Collan to Louis Armstrong, and switch from jazzy swing through folk music to blues and gospel – not forgetting to pause at sensitive ballads. The audience can expect a truly unforgettable musical evening that will charm them into the Christmas spirit. A warm welcome!
