The arrival of a new life changes everything. Sofia Nieminen ’s exhibition explores pregnancy, parenthood, personal growth, and the expectations and roles that society places on mothers. Alongside the paintings are sketchbook-style works in which fragments of text and images form a personal, poetic layer.

The art exhibition is open during the library’s opening hours. Welcome!
