The Finnish Christmas celebration and Christmas carol tradition has its roots in the Jyväskylä Seminary. The traditions born in the 19th century are still visible in the annual cycle and the school celebration culture.

Welcome to hear about the topic and sing together familiar Finnish Christmas carols from school days, led by lecturer emerita Erja Kosonen.
