Flyering for Demelza's Rainbow Run, plus coffee after 🌈

We're helping spread the word about Demelza's Rainbow Run.
We'll be popping promotional postcards through letterboxes of houses in the Avery Hill area, close-ish to where the Rainbow Run is happening.
Afterwards we'll head to Sweet Fig cafe for a well deserved coffee.
This task is ideal if you are volunteering, running or walking at Avery Hill parkrun.
